Every enquiry reviewed by a person

We introduce, we don’t auto-quote. Your kit is too important for a generic dispatch system.

How it works

A straightforward path from problem to specialist.

Reformer Connect is a manual introduction service. Every enquiry is reviewed by a person before we introduce a provider.

01

Tell us about the job

Answer a short guided form covering your equipment, the issue and where the work needs to happen.

02

We find suitable specialists

A member of our team reviews your enquiry and identifies providers who cover your area and equipment.

03

Review the available quote

We introduce you to the provider and share their quote so you can decide whether to proceed.

No auto-matching. At MVP stage a member of our team personally reviews every enquiry and forwards it to appropriate providers. You are never quoted automatically.

“A reformer isn’t a treadmill. The person who fixes it should know the difference.”

We only introduce specialists who work with Pilates apparatus every week — not general gym-equipment engineers.

Why Reformer Connect

Built around how studios actually work.

Off-the-shelf directory sites treat a reformer like any other bit of gym kit. We ask the questions a specialist actually needs, and route the enquiry manually to keep quality high while the network grows.

Specialist support

We only introduce technicians who work with Pilates equipment day-to-day, not general handypersons.

No-obligation enquiry

Submitting a request costs nothing. You are never committed until you accept a provider quote.

Typical enquiry

“Two reformers, one with a sticky carriage and a broken strap.”

We pass on make, model, symptoms and photographs so specialists can quote without a second visit.

Provider handoff

Structured enquiry, ready-to-quote.

Providers get the information they need in one place instead of a back-and-forth email thread.

What we do not do

  • Auto-quote without a person reviewing your enquiry.
  • Advertise a set number of providers or accreditations we can't back up.
  • Share your details beyond what's needed to price the job.
For service providers

Service or assemble Pilates equipment? We’d like to hear from you.

We’re building a shortlist of specialists we can introduce to enquiries as they come in. Register your interest below.

  • Manual, curated introductions rather than lead-blasting
  • Structured enquiry data so you can quote without extra chasing
  • Focused on Pilates specialists, not general handyperson work
